SMS Notifications for Customer Orders
When a customer places an order on https://bluebirdoxygen.com, we collect the phone number provided during checkout. This phone number is used exclusively for operational text message (SMS) notifications related to the rental, including:
- Delivery confirmation when your oxygen concentrator has been delivered to your lodging location (e.g., front desk, room, front door, or expanded location description).
- A reminder the evening before scheduled equipment pickup, including return instructions.
- Confirmation once equipment has been retrieved at the end of the rental.
These messages are strictly transactional and are sent only to customers with an active rental. We do not use customer phone numbers for marketing or promotional messaging.

Phone numbers collected for drivers are used exclusively for operational delivery assignment and logistics coordination. These notifications are not promotional. Drivers may opt out of these operational SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP.
