Bluebird Oxygen offers optional text message (SMS) notifications to help coordinate the delivery, service, and return of your oxygen rental equipment.
These SMS messages are transactional only and are limited to your specific rental(s). We do not send marketing or promotional texts to this list.
How You Opt In
You may choose to receive SMS notifications during the online checkout process.
- At checkout, you will see a checkbox labeled: “I agree to receive SMS messages regarding delivery and return of my Bluebird Oxygen rental. Message frequency varies by rental. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message & data rates may apply.”
- By entering your mobile number and checking this box, you are providing express consent to receive SMS messages related to your rental.
You may also provide consent verbally or in writing when booking by phone or through a Bluebird Oxygen representative. In those cases, we will document the date, time, and method of your consent.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
If you prefer not to receive SMS, you can still complete your rental by contacting us using the information below.
After you opt-in, you will receive a confirmation SMS message.
What Messages You Will Receive
If you opt in, you may receive messages such as:
- Order confirmation and rental details
- Delivery scheduling and driver arrival updates
- Instructions for equipment setup and usage reminders
- Return coordination and pickup reminders
- Important service or safety alerts related to your rental
Messages will always relate directly to your active or upcoming rental and will not include advertising or promotions.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by rental activity, but will typically be between 2 and 8 messages per rental (for example: order confirmation, delivery coordination, and return reminders).
Opt-Out Instructions (STOP)
You can opt out of SMS notifications at any time:
- Reply STOP to any message we send to immediately unsubscribe from further SMS messages related to your rental.
- You may also request removal by contacting us using the information in the Contact Us section below.
After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us for that program, unless you provide new consent in the future.

Message and data rates may apply.
Your mobile carrier may charge you for SMS messages according to your existing plan. Bluebird Oxygen does not charge any additional fees for these messages.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We respect your privacy. Your mobile number and SMS consent are used only for:
- Managing and coordinating your oxygen rental
- Sending the delivery, service, and return messages described above
- Maintaining necessary records for compliance and customer service
Bluebird Oxygen does not share mobile subscriber information, SMS opt-in data, or personal information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is used solely for transactional delivery and return coordination.

Changes to This SMS Program
Bluebird Oxygen may update or modify this SMS notification program from time to time. Any material changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the program after changes are posted will constitute your acceptance of those changes.
